Summer Youth Employment
The UAC Summer Youth Employment Program offers career exploration and inspiration to Philadelphia’s future leaders.
Preparing Youth for Bright Futures
- Summer Youth Employment: Provides hands-on projects, mentorship opportunities, workplace shadowing, and career exploration activities with local partners, giving participants real insight into professional environments while building confidence and transferable skills.
- Spark Youth Engagement (School Year Program): Runs alongside the academic year with interactive workshops, group projects, role-playing activities, and leadership exercises that strengthen soft skills such as communication, teamwork, adaptability, and professionalism.
Together, these programs provide youth with year-round opportunities to practice, connect, and grow, preparing them for long-term success in any path they choose.
